My Fitbit keeps applauding me for various milestones that I’ve achieved over the past few days. Most of my exercise has been indoors, but I’ve managed to log 10K steps for four days running, and today I’m up to 20,103 steps so far (at 3:27 p.m.) because it’s a decent day outside — 50 degrees
