This is Graduation month for several people I know, love, and admire.
My niece Casey Hope McNiven just completed her Masters in Education, my UW dentist completes her Dental School training this week, and Abbie McCrane will be graduating this month, too. Abbie’s degree is in Education K-8.
Plus there are all the kids who were wee ones and attended Lutheran Church of Christ the King when I worked in the nursery for three years who are graduating from colleges this year. (How time flies!!!)
The great thing about all of them is that they are choosing careers that will uplift and help so many people. They’re all GIVERS. They want to make the world a better place, and heaven knows, we need that!
Congratulations to you all. Go do your things! We will all be blessed by your dedication and compassion.
