IF you’re feeling TOLERATED (or worse–ignored!) rather than CELEBRATED in the networking group you’re in, LEAVE IT and FIND a more grateful group.
Networking members that don’t deeply understand and appreciate your VALUE simply won’t take the time or the energy to help you help others. As a sad result, participants in far too many networking groups are in it only for themselves.
Run screaming for the exits if you find yourself in one of them. To help the people you want to help, you need to engage with other business owners who will value and can explain why you should be the ONLY choice when they hear of someone who needs what you offer.
