Just ran across these when I was documenting my “expert” status on a new authority website I joined tonight. They wanted to know if I had any national or international name recognition as Kristine M. Smith in my field(s), and I remembered compiling this list of interviews and appearances and went looking for them… and here they are!

(The list was six or seven interviews/articles longer, but when I just tested all of the links, some of them were no longer live, so I deleted them,leaving me with a “lucky thirteen” to share with y’all!)
Most of these have to do with my expertise on DeForest Kelley, which is not the type of expertise I’m trying to prove (except indirectly). I’m endeavoring to prove my expertise as a writer/copywriter/author, but these links are probably “close enough for government work” because what they want is proof that I’m sufficiently “high-profile” not to shoot them in the foot for designating me an expert. That’s my best guess, anyway.
So they’ll aye me or they’ll deny me, but it’s like Carolyn Kelley always told me, “if you don’t ask, you don’t get!” I’m secure enough to survive and thrive, either way. I already don’t have the designation, so I have nothing to lose by seeking it!

P.S. I didn’t tell them I have international name recognition as “Krazy Kris” Smith, thanks to DeForest Kelley. I’ll leave that alone and hope they discover it after reading my book! HA HA HA HA. After all, I came by the nickname honestly enough: I gave it to myself. De just picked it up and made it famous!
