My Formerly-Skeptical Sister is SOLD on CST (Craniosacral Therapy)!

June 26, 2014

Last month I told my sister about CST, craniosacral therapy. She decided to try it, even though she admits now that she was very skeptical that light touch therapy would help her one iota. But when she walked out of there standing tall and without a limp for the first time in years, feeling no pain (she hurts a lot, often), I told her she looked ten years younger when she got home. She was relaxed, calm, and visibly transformed.

My sister has told at least six other people about how CST worked for her during just one session and she’s making arrangements now to use her Flexible Spending Account to return to Debbie’s table at Body Beautiful Skin Care and Massage in Puyallup.  The address is 105 Main Street across from the Liberty Theater in the building with what looks like two port holes on either side of the door. The sign on the door reads INNER SERENITY BODY WORKS.

If you have  aches and pains, inner turmoil, distress (the opposite of eustress, which is “good stress”), PTSD or other maladies, check out Debbie’s website (bodybeautifulskincareandmassage.com) and make arrangement with her to feel better naturally by unwinding what’s eating you so your body can heal and nurture itself again the way it’s intended to work. You’ll be glad you did, or I wouldn’t keep bringing it up. This is an unpaid endorsement. I fully believe in, and have received enormous benefit from, CST. I believe you will, too.

Although it may seem like magic, your results should be very real.  It isn’t for everybody (some folks are so damaged, they need more than gentle touch and inner work over a long period of time to recover)  but it’s absolutely astonishing for those who receive benefit from it… and most do! Give it  try. I believe you’ll be convinced–and thankful that I told you about it.
