The prospective buyer for my Kia Sedona came by to put it through its paces this morning. He confirmed that he will buy it on September 2nd, so that’s a done deal.
I had other buyers on a waiting list in case he turned it down, but he knows vehicles and says mine is perfect for his needs and it passed all his tests (he works on cars), so he’s delighted, and so am I.
We had a wonderful visit as we drove around. I think I’ve found a new friend! We hit it off from the first day we met. He’s a champ.
He has other friends in Costa Rica, too, so perhaps we’ll even cross paths occasionally down there when he visits, if they’re in the same general area. (It sounds like they might be, but he wasn’t sure.)
I Need to De-Brand It
I need to de-brand it before he takes possession, which won’t be a big deal. I will leave it branded until the day before he collects it so I can spot it easily in the parking lots I’ll be visiting between now and then.
He wants me to keep the “My kids are butt-heads” sticker (with a goat kid on it ) and the Kamala Harris for President and Medicare For All bumper stickers on it. Hurray! We’re on the same wavelength politically. (No way would I want my precious vehicle going to a red hat!)
