The tables are turning

 

The Epstein scandal will be this regime’s undoing.  And it can’t happen soon enough to satisfy me.

 

I’m feeling exhilarated. At least I lived long enough to watch and hear it happen with my own two eyes.

 

I was afraid that might not be the case. Why?  Because…

 

• I watched the concerted, orchestrated “Stop the Steal” attack at the Capitol on Janury 6th and his pathetically delayed response to it including his verbal approval of its participants’ actions to it and thought that would be the end of it.
• I watched the Congressional hearings about January 6th and his second impeachment and thought that would be the end of it.
• I watched him saying that in eight years he’d be dating a passing ten year old girl who was going up an escalator and thought that would be the end of it.
• I watched his mocking of a stroke-stricken reporter by imitating his crippled arm and hand and thought that would be the end of it.
• I watched the Access Hollywood tape where he said he was a star and could get away with kissing beautiful women and grabbing women’s genitals without asking, and about coming onto a married woman “like a bitch but I couldn’t get there”, and thought that would be the end of it.
• I read about how he screwed countless subcontractors out of their pay when he was in real estate and thought that would be the end of his candidacy right out the starting gate…

 

As you know — if you have been truly aware of his adult career — I could go on and on. Trump University. Casino bankruptcies. (How the hell does one bankrupt a CASINO?!!!! That takes a unique form of ineptitude!) Fake charities.  Attempted assassination sneakers! Every single additional bullet point twists my stomach muscles just that much more.

 

But this outrage — the Epstein email revelations — this one isn’t going away.  EVER!!! This is what his legacy will be: not King over a purloined kingdom, but Exquisely Exasperating Exploitation Emperor.

 

Even his MAGA base and formerly lockstep representatives are jumping ship

 

Given the man in the Oval’s predilection for marveling about the size of the late golfer Arnold Palmer’s “package” and mimicking giving a blow job to a microphone during a political rally, the suspicion has now been raised that perhaps he is bisexual — or just “passing” as heterosexual (since he treats women more like disembodied, mindless objects or receptacles than other sentient beings in word and deed).

 

Could he possibly be an equal opportunity exploiter???  Are we on the cusp of finding out TMI about this whatever-he-is (lightyears from a morally-developed man, and certainly not an animal!) that we didn’t already suspect about him?  To his fan base, the only thing worse than being a pedophile would be if he turned out to be GAY!  “HORRORS!!!!”  That would be a bridge too damned far!

 

And these aren’t even the official Epstein Files!

 

These are from the emails that the Jeffrey Epstein estate released to the Oversight Committee after the estate was subpoened. What the heck is in the files that could make matters even worse for the regime?

Side Note:

The fact that T-Wrecks may be bisexual or gay and just posing as heterosexual does not explain or excuse his behavior. LGBTQIA+ individuals who are honest with themselves and with their loved ones are among the safest, most considerate individuals I have ever known.

 

It’s frequently the folks who are ashamed of their “carefully closeted” sexual orientation who cause so many of their compatriots and trans folks to suffer bigotry and worse.  They hate who they are so much that they feel a need to bash and malign others who actively embrace their true selves.

 

As Alok Menon says (I’m paraphrasing here), many of the people who most vocally and publicly hate on trans and other queer individuals are the ones who are livid that they don’t feel safe or loved enough to be able to reveal to all who they authentically are. Alok reminds us, “These people should be pitied, not perjured.”

 

Alok is 100% right, so I’m working on the tendency within myself to simply write them off as clueless, heartless scoundrels. More often than not, when someone they know and truly love comes out to them, they gain new perspective and adapt to the reality that we’re here, we’re queer, and that we’re just about the safest, sanest, and most compassionate individuals that you will ever encounter. We’ve been mischaracterized and maligned, but we don’t retaliate. We simply endure and move on.

 

AFTERNOON FUN

 

I have fun planned for this afternoon. I’ll report on  it after it has happened.

 

My landlady is at Christmas Fair at the moment. As soon as she gets back, that’s when my super fun time will get underway.  I’m very much looking forward to it.

 

In the meantime, I get to vegetate and marvel while watching the birds and butterflies that flit and flutter outside my casita.

 

Occasionally the wind will blow and my windchimes sing.
