Let me play the devil’s advocate for a minute.  (In this case, the devil being The Former Guy.)

Let’s just say he is found guilty in a court (or multiple courts) of law but he still he wins the next federal election and regains his position in the White House because there are enough cult members and Republican Party stalwart voters (My Party, right or wrong!) who make that happen. (Gag a maggot to even consider such an outcome.)

IF that happens, you will see the largest outpouring of people in the history of collective action — not just here in the US but across the world. Nothing will quell it, all work and other productive activity will stop, and we will stand in the streets in protest until hell freezes over, if need be, to deny him and his minions any and all power over us.

Justice must prevail. 

I have a feeling this scenario is a long shot. Voters are registering in unprecedented numbers, preparing for their part in this battle against depravity and evident evil.  There are more of us than there are of GOP voters by several landslides.

Trump will never reoccupy the White House.Not on our watch.
