The United States of America under this new regime is giving me a sick stomach.  If I could leave sooner than September, I would.

But I have a commitment for June 11th at King’s Books and a hernia surgery to undergo and heal from before I can go.  I also need to get the three required documents —  birth certificate, FBI background check, and Social Security Income Statement — (all three must then be apostiled) in hand before I can go.  I am going to apply for all three the first week in June and as soon as they are back I’m going to schedule my flight out. If I can get one before September, I will.

I am so sick of this shit:

• Valorous trans service members being kicked out of the military. (Read Bree’s Facebook page, folks! Send her love and your support!)
• The Constitution being trampled on.
• Supreme Court and lower court mandates to return kidnapped human beings ignored.
• Human rights being abrogated.
• Foreign dignitaries being dishonored.
• The list just goes on and on, ad nauseum

When are the vast majority of US citizens (or at least 3.5% of them) going to have had enough of this decimation of all we hold dear and demand the END of this dystopian nightmare?

Why has this regime not been arrested already for its contempt of our hard-won system of government???

I simply don’t understand, and I can’t wait to be shed of it all.

I will not miss THIS America.

I will miss the America that so many people of goodwill in every generation have been trying to make more perfect (representive, just, empathetic, equitable) for 250 years.
