Last night I wrote an appeal-for-help letter to former writing clients asking them to send me a belated “bonus” for the thousands/tens of thousands (probably millions by now cumulatively) of dollars that I’ve helped them earn over the years. I don’t have every client’s email address since most of them found me at Elance/Upwork, but I’m going to invest some time trying to track down more of them over the next few days.
The appeal I sent last night went to about 30 former clients, none of whom found me on Elance/Upwork.
