I’m gearing up for the January 2023 Enterprise launch.

I’ve ordered (and already received) a patch (shown below).

I will be getting a couple more things soon, too.  I think one of them is an ENTERPRISE sweatshirt, if I recall correctly, with the ENTERPRISE patch on the front of it writ large.  I wanted to get it in case it’s cold at Cape Canaveral in Florida on the day it launches.  (If not, I will be wearing more formal attire.)

Oh by the way: If you visit Celestis.com right now, you will find a 5-minute video I did for the DeForest Kelley page. I was going to include the info in that during my speech at the memorial event the day before the launch, but it was too long, so they invited me to post a video (of any length) for the Kelley page, so that’s what I did.

The speech I’ll be giving the day before the launch has to come in at 3 minutes or less, so I will make sure that happens. NONE of what you see on the Celestis.com video will be in it. I’m still noodling what to say on that illustrious day (because it will be recorded and available for view eternally afterward), but I believe I’ve narrowed it down to a letter I wrote to De  on the occasion of receiving his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and something else completely new.  I think it will be the letter (slightly truncated so it will fit the time allotment), but I’m not absolutely sure yet…
