Tacoma Biz Snags Tacoma Copywriter

September 29, 2014

My Contact page just delivered this to me… Hurray!

“Hi there – I’m looking for a local copywriter (I’m in Tacoma) to do some copywriting for our new website. We’re a small business (2 employees) doing a re-brand to focus more specifically on a target niche, and want our website and sales materials to reflect the expertise that we bring to the industry, as well as help build trust and generate qualified leads. We produce TV and radio commercials for the ______ industry, so our commercials help recruit participants for things like _______, ________, _______ etc. We need help with not only \’how to say it\’ but also \’what to say\’.

“I’ve connected with two other \’referred\’ copywriters in the area, and am under-impressed, and stumbled across your website and am very impressed. I’m curious if this is the kind of project you’d be willing to take on. In the immediate future, we need website content written, but in the future we want some additional marketing and sales materials. Website content can start very soon (this week), it would just be a matter of me gathering all the necessary information for you to begin. End Date: Nothing specific, but ideally within the next 2-3 weeks. We have a budget set aside for this and understand your rates. And yes, I’m the decision maker on this project. I look forward to hearing back from you!”

We’re going to be working together, looks like. Who do you know that could use a professional, tried-and-true copywriter?  Please tell them about me. Point them to this site. We can take it from there!
